Is she still alive I ask you?

Today is April 26th and the last time I skyped with Jasmijn was March 25th. I have not received any sign of life from her. All I get is accusatory emails from Dave requesting money. He does not give any information about Jasmijn.

Who knows whether she is even still alive?

Jasmijn, if you are out there somewhere please know I’m not just waiting for you. Before you were so brutally ripped away from me you asked me to let the world know about your situation. I have built this website for you and I will continue to let the whole wide world know what is happening to you. I miss you sooooooooooooooooooooooo much. Can’t wait for the day I hold you in may arms again. Kus <3 <3

The sacred mother-daughter bond can never be broken

My ever so-dearest Jasmijn, I have made this movie for you to honour the love we have for each other. I miss you more than words can say. May these images bring you the strength and hope to hang in there until we meet again. Oh how sweet that reunion will be!

You and I are Bold As Love

What will YOU do to bring Jasmijn home?

Today marks the 1 year anniversary of the amputation of my motherhood. I have started this site with this blog to let you in on the hostage situation of my daughter Jasmijn. Having to tell and explain this story of woe over and over again is getting tiresome. So now you can dig in and read the Summary or the extended Sordid History year by year and follow the latest developments on this blog. You have the right to know what is happening to Jasmijn and me and you have the responsibility to act on our behalf. Although our story is extreme in every aspect, it is unfortunately not unique. Court-ordered child abductions are a part of child trafficking, which is the 2nd largest growing industry in the world after drugs and the two are often linked as you will come to find out in our story as well.

You stole my child.

You hoped I would go away.

You underestimated my love.

I will never give up.

I will be a voice for my child.

I am not alone.

There are many like me.

By circumstance united.

Together we will be heard.

We will never stop fighting.

(Mothers of Lost Children)

This is by far the saddest website I will ever build but I will build it with bricks of hope. Jasmijn means the world to me and I will NEVER, EVER stop fighting for her.

Wherever you are Jasmijn, know that momma is thinking about you every second of every minute, of every hour, of every day, of every week, of every month, of every year. The bond between a mother and child is sacred and can never be broken.
